There are just 18 female players who have hit the 100 international goal milestone, and these are the incredibly talented sportswomen who sit at the top of these 18 players.

5. Kristine Lilly— United States 130


Lilly was an active player on the United States Women’s National Team (USWNT) from 1987–2010. During that time she earned 352 caps—more than any other player on this list—and averaged 0.37 goals per game.

Before her recent retirement, Lloyd was a player for the USWNT from 2005–2021. With the team she earned 316 caps, 134 goals and averaged 0.42 goals per game.

3. Mia Hamm— United States 158


Hamm played on the USWNT from 1987–2004. She earned 275 caps during her time of the team where she scored 158 goals and averaged 0.57 goals per game.

2. Abby Wambach— United States 184

Wambach is yet another player on this list from the USWNT. The member of the National Soccer Hall of Fame was an active player on the team from 2001-2015. During her international career, she earned 256 caps, 184 goals and averaged 0.72 goals per game.

1. Christine Sinclair— Canada 189


At the top of the list we have a 14-time winner of the Canada Soccer Player of the Year award. Sinclair is the only player on this list who is still currently playing, and she plays for the Canadian National Team. So far, the forward has 310 caps, 190 goals and averages 0.61 goals per game.
