Multimedia Journalist:
We are looking for a Multimedia Digital Journalist to join our team, who is passionate about sport, creating impact and connecting with our audience. The successful candidate will form part of a growing Digital sports team as well as being provided possible opportunities for on camera appearances with Ireland’s no.1 sports publisher for Women’s Sports.
What you will do:
- Get the most eyes and ears on the quality content that Her Sport produces on a daily basis
- Edit, cut and publish video across all our social media platforms, covering Her Sport show content, Digital Commercial requirements, press conferences, etc. on a daily basis.
- Work alongside the Her Sport Production team to meet KPI’s for videos views and digital audio listening.
- Write copy for HerSport.ie
- Track and analyze digital data across all platforms on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Video, audio and written editing experience with a knowledge of Premiere Pro (or similar), Photoshop, WordPress, and a deep interest in Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and website performance.
- The ability to work to deadline - quickly edit, editorialise and cross-publish all Her Sport video and audio to our digital audience.
- Understanding of social media analytics across each platform
- KPI-driven, with an understanding that numbers & performance is the priority.
- Must be available and willing to work weekends.
- Demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality written, video and audio content.
- Versatility, and the ability to adapt and engage in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
- And it goes without saying - strong interest in women’s sports is essential
Account Executive:
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our growing team, who is passionate about sport, creating impact and connecting with our audience. The successful candidate will form part of a growing team working across client management and marketing.
What you will do:
- Plan, develop and monitor branded original content for clients & brands though video, audio, design and editorial
- Work alongside the Her Sport Production team to meet KPI’s for videos views and digital audio listening.
- Create and manage content shared across Her Sport platforms including social media content, podcast, email
- Get the most eyes and ears on the quality content that Her Sport produces on a daily basis
- Build a strong working relationship with our internal team. This will be key to building and implementing quality content led briefs and campaigns
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Digital across the board, keep up to speed on emerging trends or changes to the digital landscape
- Track and analyze digital data across all platforms on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- Experience across a range of social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas and goals
- The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment to achieve set goals
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Preferable to have video editing experience
- Versatility, and the ability to adapt and engage in a dynamic and supportive team environment.
