Life Style Sports, Ireland’s largest sports retailer, has signed a brand ambassador agreement with Katie McCabe. Life Style Sports sought the agreement with Ms. McCabe given her credibility and tenacity both on and off the football pitch, and her intrinsic role in encouraging women and girls into football. The partnership will see Katie & Life Style Sports working collaboratively to promote the Life Style Sports brand as well as the important role of football and sport for one’s overall health and wellbeing.

Emma Mulligan, Brand Director at Life Style Sports, commented on today's announcement saying, "We are extremely pleased to have Katie McCabe join Life Style Sports as brand ambassador. Sport is the lifeblood of our business, it’s at the heart of everything we do, so to have a brand ambassador like Katie, who has achieved so much already both on and off the pitch, is truly exciting for us. Katie is a fantastic role model for women and girls, and we’re excited to work together to highlight the great many benefits of football and sports.”
Katie McCabe, commenting on today's announcement said, “Life Style Sports was so important to me growing up. It’s where I bought all my first football and Ireland shirts. Republic of Ireland captain Katie McCabe is truly world class. Her elegance, power and passion has been a key factor in Ireland’s impressive World Cup Qualifying campaign so far. The Girls In Green are bidding to qualify for their first ever major tournament and the Republic of Ireland skipper is at the heart of the fight – winning the Player of the Match award three games on the bounce.

In 2021, McCabe scored three goals and combined for two assists in four games for the National Team. She has played every minute of the World Cup campaign and led the Republic of Ireland to their biggest ever win, an 11-0 win against Georgia in Tallaght.
